Do you still WORDLE?

Who still WORDLES???

I need to know. Because I still do. AND I love it.

It's my one thing I do in the morning when I take my first sip of coffee. It's a rare occasion I forget to do it. Every now and again, my statistics will reset sending at one point, 300 game results down the drain. I created an account and sure enough, it still resets.

For those of you unfamiliar with Wordle, it's a one-time daily guess at a five-letter word Chuck Woolery style, like the gameshow LINGO

You make guess at a five-letter word and if you guess letters that are in the correct space in the word, the block turns green. If you guess a letter but it's not in its correct space, it turns yellow. You get 5 guesses, maybe 6, actually. I'll have to let you all know in the morning since I already played my ONE word for the day. New words for the day reset at midnight.

It's strangely addicting even though you can play only once a day. The game hit mainstream and player's were posting their results on Facebook, sending everyone on a hunt to find out what this new game was. Creator Josh Wardle ended up selling WORDLE to the New York Times for reportedly more than $1 million in January 2022 after its success.

Dream big kids. Design an online puzzle. I'll definitely play it!! And the New York Times may buy it someday!
